A light pale ale with a citrus aroma and a refreshing fruity taste. Golden and clear with a tall white head; higher bitterness, medium body, gentle carbonation. Malt from Czech Ruzrok sorghum reduces the gluten — gliadin is below 10 mg/l, so the beer is gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs. Hopped with Mosaic.

A big beer that keeps the drinkability of a classic Czech lager despite its strength and bitterness. Brewed the traditional Czech way with a double decoction and matured for two months in the tank. Pairs with game, cream sauces and aromatic cheeses.

Kasteel Rouge 18 %

One of the strongest blended fruit beers. A dark base beer is blended with ripe cherry extract and liqueur, giving a delicate pink head and a wonderfully fresh cherry character.

Coffee Beer 11 %

We took the roasted, almost chocolatey character of dark malt and lifted it with a coffee maceration from France. Coffee leads the aroma and taste, reminiscent of iced coffee. Great with sweet, chocolate desserts.

Mongozo Banana

An exotic beer drink with a banana flavour and a sweetish finish. It goes back to "mbeke", the traditional drink of the Maasai in Kenya and Tanzania. The banana is pronounced and stays through the finish — refreshing, and a good alternative to a mixed drink.

A pale, top-fermented beer refermented with champagne yeast, which makes it livelier and more sparkling, with a pleasant muscat aroma. For this demi-sec version we added birch sugar: it does not ferment and gives the beer more body.
